Students interested in participating in research must commit to a semester-long project that involves working collaboratively with a small research team. Under the guidance of a faculty mentor, students will engage in original research, contribute to the development of a scientific journal entry, and uphold the standards of academic inquiry and collaboration. In addition to the written component, students are required to create a professional scientific poster summarizing their research question, methodology, findings, and conclusions. This poster will be presented on º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù’s Research Day, where students share their work alongside other researchers from across the college community. Participation in student research is a rewarding experience that strengthens critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills while contributing meaningfully to a broader academic conversation.
